摘 要:目的研究并探讨目标教学法在肿瘤科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取在我院肿瘤科进行临床护理实习的80名护生作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将护生分为两组,40名/组,对照组采用传统的一对一教学法,观察组采用目标教学法,比较两组的综合素质考核情况、教学质量及护生对带教老师满意度。结果综合素质考核结果显示,观察组护生的理论知识、专业操作技能、临床实践能力等考核成绩与对照组护生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生的教学质量满意度、对带教老师总满意率评价均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于目标教学法的肿瘤科临床护理教学方案,有助于提高护生的理论知识和专业操作技能及临床实践能力,可提升肿瘤科临床护理教学质量,提高护生对带教老师的满意度。Objective To study and explore the application effect of target teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of the department of oncology.Methods 80 nursing students who had clinical nursing clerkship in the Department of Oncology of our hospital were selected as research subjects and were divided through digital random table method into two groups,with 40 students in each group.For the control group,traditional one-to-one teaching method was adopted,while target teaching method was adopted for the observation group.The comprehensive quality assessment,teaching quality and nursing students’satisfaction with teachers were compared between the two groups.Results According to the results of comprehensive quality assessment,the results of the nursing students in the observation group in the assessment of theoretical knowledge,professional operation skills and clinical practice ability differed from those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing students in the observation group with the teaching quality and the evaluation in the form of their overall satisfaction with the teachers were both significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing teaching plan of the department of oncology based on target teaching method is beneficial for strengthening nursing students’theoretical knowledge,professional operation skills and clinical practice ability.It can improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing in the department of oncology.It has increased the satisfaction of nursing students with the teachers.
