摘　　要：目的探讨图片讲解睑板腺按摩在睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者中的护理干预效果。方法选择首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院五官中心眼科2018年1月~2019年1月60例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者,采用随机分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。所有患者均进行睑板腺按摩,对照组:操作前仅用语言向患者讲解睑板腺按摩操作过程。观察组:操作前结合图片向患者讲解睑板腺按摩护理的操作过程和睑板腺功能异常与干眼的联系;对两组患者护理后的干预效果以及患者护理满意度效果进行评价。结果观察组有10例患者病情痊愈,有19例患者病情改善;对照组有5例患者病情痊愈,有18例患者病情改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者对护理服务满意的分别有29、18例,护理满意度分别为96.7%、60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用图片讲解睑板腺按摩能够有效改善睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者的不适症状和整体护理操作过程,更好地配合医生治疗和护士操作,同时能够提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing interventions on meibomian gland massage in patients with dry eyes caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with dry eyes caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were selected from the ophthalmology department,Beijing Youan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).All patients were treated with meibomian gland massage.In the control group,at baseline,the operation process of meibomian gland massage was explained to patients only in languages.While in the observation group,at base line,the operation process of meibomian gland massage nursing and the relationship between meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eyes were explained to patients with pictures.The efficacy of intervention after nursing and the patients’satisfaction were evaluated.Results In the observation group,10 patients recovered,and 19 patients improved.In the control group,5 patients recovered,and 18 patients improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 29 patients and 18 patients who were satisfied with the nursing service in the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction was 96.7%and 60.0%,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Explanation by pictureson nursing efficacy of meibomian gland massage effectively improves the discomfort symptoms and overall nursing operation process of dry eye patients with meibomian gland dysfunction,better cooperates with doctors’treatment and nurses’operation,and at the same time increases patients’satisfaction with nursing.
