镉中毒临床路径各种医疗指标的差异分析

摘　　要：目的分析镉中毒临床路径各种医疗指标的差异性。方法选取在我院2017年9月~2018年9月就诊的慢性镉中毒患者42例作为观察组,予以临床路径干预;选取2016年8月~2017年8月就诊的常规方法治疗的慢性镉中毒患者42例作为对照组。比较两组患者干预后各种医疗指标水平变化情况。结果观察组干预后,治疗依从性、治疗和护理满意度评分明显高于对照组;平均住院天数、每月住院费用以及尿镉、β2-MG、尿RBP、BUN、24h Upro水平和疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床路径能够有效提高慢性镉中毒患者的治疗依从性、治疗和护理满意度,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,降低尿镉、尿β2-MG和尿RBP水平,改善肾功能和临床疼痛症状。Objective To analyze the differences of various medical indicators after the intervention of clinical pathway in the treatment of cadmium poisoning. Methods 42 patients with chronic cadmium poisoning treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group and given the intervention of clinical pathway. 42 patients with chronic cadmium poisoning treated with conventional methods from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the control group. The level changes of various medical indicators after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the treatment compliance, treatment and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the average hospitalization days, monthly hospitalization expenses, level of urine cadmium, β2-MG, urine RBP, BUN, and 24 h Upro and pain scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway can effectively improve the treatment compliance,, the treatment and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic cadmium poisoning, shorten their hospitalization time, reduce the hospitalization expenses, lower the level of urine cadmium, urine β2-MG and urine RBP, and ameliorate renal function and clinical pain symptoms.
