摘  要:目的探讨延续护理对极低出生体重早产儿发育的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2019年2月于本院NICU诊治的极低出生体重早产儿60例,根据随机数字表法分为延续组30例与对照组30例。对照组给予常规护理,延续组在对照组护理的基础上给予延续护理干预,记录与调查早产儿的发育预后。结果延续组护理第1个月与第3个月的体重与身长均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。延续组护理第1个月、第3个月及第6个月的MDI与PDI评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理在极低出生体重早产儿中的应用能促进生长发育,加快早产儿的智力发育与心理运动发育。Objective To explore the effects of transitional care on the development of very low birth weight(VLBW)premature infants.Methods 60 VLBW premature infants who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 for treatment were selected,and they were divided into a transitional group and a control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the transitional group was given transitional care intervention based on the control group.The developmental prognosis of premature infants was recorded and investigated.Results The weight and length of the transitional group in the 1 st and 3 rd months of nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The mental development index(MDI)and psychomotor development index(PDI)scores of the transitional group in the 1 st and 3 rd and 6 th months of the nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transitional care in VLBW premature infants can promote growth and development,and accelerate the mental and psychomotor development of premature infants.
