三孔法腹腔镜Rutkow术式与开放式无张力疝修补术的比较观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三孔法腹腔镜Rutkow术式与开放式无张力疝修补术的比较情况。方法选取我院2017年3月~2019年3月收治的腹股沟疝患者45例作为研究对象,依据手术方式不同分为对照组20例和观察组25例。观察两组患者单侧疝手术时间、双侧疝手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生率情况。结果两组患者单侧疝手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者双侧疝手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者下床活动时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三孔法腹腔镜Rutkow术式与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者,两组患者单侧疝手术时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义,但是三孔法腹腔镜Rutkow术式创伤小,住院时间短。Objective To explore the comparison of three-hole laparoscopic Rutkow operation and open tensionfree hernia repair.Methods 45 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=25)according to different methods of operation.The operation time of unilateral hernia,operation time of bilateral hernia,intraoperative blood loss,off-bed time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time of unilateral hernia between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the off-bed time between the patients in the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion When three-hole laparoscopic Rutkow operation and open tension-free hernia repair are used to treat two groups of patients with inguinal hernia respectively,there is no statistically significant difference in the operation time of unilateral hernia,off-bed time and incidence of complications between the two groups,but three-hole laparoscopic Rutkow operation incurs less trauma and requires shorter hospitalization time.
