摘　　要：目的观察防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定方法在反转子间骨折及转子下骨折的早期疗效。方法选取我院90例反转子间骨折及转子下骨折患者,依据治疗方式的不同设为观察组与对照组,对照组43例采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定,观察组47例采用PFNA内固定。结果两组手术指标、并发症、治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PFNA内固定治疗可缩短反转子间骨折、转子下骨折患者的手术时间和骨折愈合时间,有效控制术后并发症的发生率,从整体上提高手术治疗效果。Objective To observe the early efficacy of anti-rotational proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation method in the treatment of reverse oblique intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fractures.Methods 90 patients with reverse oblique intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fractures were selected from our hospital.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.43 patients in the control group received dynamic hip screw(DHS)internal fixation,and 47 patients in the observation group received PFNA internal fixation.Results The differences in surgical indicators,complications and treatment effects between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA internal fixation can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time of patients with reverse oblique intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fractures,effectively control incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the overall effect of surgical treatment.
