摘 要:由于目前现有的运维方法在实际应用中运维速率较低,为此提出基于ITIL的自动化运维方法研究。首先运用ITIL理论思想构建基于ITIL的自动化运维基础构架,为配置项运维提供一个完成的自动化运维流程;然后以维护成本最小为目的建立自动化运维数学模型,通过模型计算出合理的配置项自动化运维周期,实现对配置项的实时运行维护管理,以此形成了一套基于ITIL的自动化运维方法。经过实验证明,此次设计的运维方法在运维速率方面远远优于传统方法。Due to the low operation and maintenance speed of the existing operation and maintenance methods in practical application,this paper proposes the research of automatic operation and maintenance method based on ITIL.First of all,using the theory of ITIL to build the basic framework of automatic operation and maintenance based on ITIL to provide a complete automatic operation and maintenance process for configuration item operation and maintenance;then,the mathematical model of automatic operation and maintenance is established for the purpose of minimizing the maintenance cost,and the reasonable operation and maintenance cycle of configuration item is calculated through the model,so as to realize the real-time operation and maintenance management of configuration item,thus forming a set of foundation The automatic operation and maintenance method of ITIL.Experiments show that the operation and maintenance method designed in this paper is far better than the traditional method in the aspect of operation and maintenance speed.
