摘　　要：体育产业的发展离不开国家政策的支持,国家"一带一路"倡议在影响我国整体体育产业发展的同时,也明确了辽宁省体育产业未来发展目标。辽宁省体育工作者结合自身工作实际和社会调研,通过对"一带一路"背景下辽宁省体育产业发展机遇与挑战的分析,介绍了当前阶段辽宁省体育产业开发与利用的现状并提出了切实有效的发展战略,以促进辽宁省体育产业未来的可持续发展。Development and changes of the sports industry can’t do without the reform of the national policy and support. The proposal of national One Belt And One Road not only has a far-reaching impact on the development of China’s overall sports industry, but also defines the future development goals of Liaoning province’s sports industry. The sports industry in Liaoning province will continue to develop in a better direction under the wise leadership of the government and the guidance of the One Belt And One Road initiative.Therefore, as a sports worker in Liaoning province, it is necessary for us to carry out an in-depth study and discussion on the development of sports industry in Liaoning province under the background of One Belt And One Road based on our actual work and detailed investigation.Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges of the development of Liaoning province’s sports industry under the background of One Belt And One Road, this paper introduces the development and utilization of Liaoning province’s sports industry at the current stage in detail and puts forward a practical and effective development strategy. We hope to take this study to promote the sustainable development of Liaoning province sports industry in the future.
