摘　　要：社会化合作培养模式是高校社会工作专业转型发展的必然要求,是社会工作专业可持续发展和促进学生就业的有效手段。目前,高校社会工作专业人才培养普遍存在所培养的人才素质与实际岗位需求不匹配;教学与实习模式的创新性有待提高;课程资源、课程设置缺乏目标导向等问题。需要各高校社会工作专业创新办学体制,实现"高校社会工作专业与社会工作机构共建共管",构建协同育人方式,实现"高校社会工作专业与社会工作机构一体化"的社会化合作培养模式。Socialized cooperative training mode is an inevitable requirement for the transformation and development of social work majors in universities, an inevitable way for the development of social work professions, and an effective means to promote the employment of social work majors. At present, the cultivation of social work majors in universities still has problems such as the level of talent training being disconnected from the demand for market talents, the lack of innovation in teaching and internship training models, the lack of goal-oriented curriculum resources, employment platforms, and curriculum settings. It is necessary for each university to innovate the schoolrunning system, realize the "collaboration and co-management of schools and enterprises", build a cooperative education mode, and realize the socialized cooperative training model of "integration of schools and enterprises".
