摘　　要：21世纪是"海洋的世纪",世界海洋强国之间的竞争日益激烈。加强海洋信息新型基础设施建设、加快海洋信息化进程,是我国建设海洋强国、构建海洋命运共同体的基础。从世界海洋信息化发展的视角阐述海洋信息化的功能意义,对我国海洋信息新型基础设施建设进行可行性分析,给出我国海洋信息新型基础设施建设的基本原则和对策建议,为我国海洋信息新型基础设施建设提供参考。As the 21st century is the"century for maritime",the competition among different maritime powers are getting stiffer.Strengthening the construction of new marine information infrastructure and speeding up the process of marine information are the basis for China to build a maritime power and a maritime community with a shared future.From the perspective of the development of marine information in the world,this paper expounds the functional significance of marine information,analyzes the feasibility of the construction of new marine information infrastructure in China,and gives the basic principles and countermeasures for the construction of new marine information infrastructure in China,which provides a reference for the construction of new marine information infrastructure in China.
