摘 要:以石化企业干化剩余活性污泥为前驱体,通过正交实验制备污泥基活性炭,并将其应用于典型VOCs甲苯气体的吸附研究。实验结果表明,在炭化温度613℃、固液配比1∶2、活化剂浓度4 mol/L、升温速率15℃/min、炭化时间70 min的条件下,制备的SAC性能最好,单位质量(g)样品对低浓度甲苯的气相吸附量达232.830 mg。同时,对未添加活化剂和最优条件下制备的SAC进行了SEM、BET、FT-IR、XRD、TEM等表征和对比研究,并对比了污泥和SAC中元素含量的变化。结果表明,经活化处理的SAC孔道结构丰富、比表面积增大、表面酸性官能团增多、碳含量升高、甲苯吸附效果优异。利用石化企业干化剩余活性污泥制备SAC并吸附甲苯气体,实现了“变废为宝”、资源化利用的目的。Sludge-based activated carbon was prepared by orthogonal experiment with residual activated sludge from petrochemical enterprises as precursor and applied to the adsorption of toluene in typical VOCs gas.The results showed that the SAC prepared at 613℃,1∶2 solid-liquid ratio,4 mol/L activator concentration,15℃/min heating rate and 70 min carbonization time had the best performance.The gas-phase adsorption capacity of low concentration toluene on the unit mass(g)sample reached 232.830 mg.Meanwhile,SEM,BET,FT-IR,XRD,TEM and other characterizations of SAC prepared without activator and under optimal conditions were analyzed and compared,and the changes of element contents in sludge and SAC were compared.The results showed that the activated SAC had abundant pore structure,increased specific surface area,increased surface acidic functional groups,increased carbon content and excellent toluene adsorption.SAC was prepared by drying excess activated sludge from petrochemical enterprises and toluene gas was adsorbed.The purpose of“turning waste into treasure”and resource utilization was realized.
