摘 要:良好的科室文化是科室健康发展的重要保障。武汉市第一医院药学部从价值层、制度层、行为层、物质层4个层面,通过坚持质控管理、构建学习型团队、加强团队建设和学术交流、实施绩效管理等具体措施,确立了药学部共同的价值观和发展观,形成了达成普遍共识的科室文化体系,为提升科室成员荣誉感和自豪感、增强部门凝聚力和向心力、塑造医院药学品牌、提升学科发展软实力奠定坚实基础。文章介绍了该院药学部打造科室文化的理念和举措,总结了其文化建设经验。A good department culture is an important guarantee for the healthy development of departments.The Pharmacy Department of Wuhan First Hospital has established the value level,system level,behavior level,and material level through adherence to quality control management,building a learning team,strengthening team building and academic exchanges,and implementing performance management.The common values and development concept of the pharmacy department have formed a general consensus culture system,which lays a solid foundation for enhancing the honor and pride of department members,strengthening the cohesion and centripetal force of the department,shaping the hospital pharmacy brand,and enhancing the soft power of discipline development.The article introduces the concept and measures of the department’s pharmacy department to create a department culture,and summarizes its cultural construction experience.
