摘　　要：作者从领导决策、院区改造、流程优化、立体诊疗、信息化支撑、物资保障、科研转化、员工关怀、宣传引导、社会责任等方面,对华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情中的做法和经验进行了阐述。通过十个方面的综合治理,构建了大型公立医院在重大急性传染病面前的应急管理机制和应对举措,从而进一步完善国内公共卫生体系,更好地保障人民群众的生命健康安全。This paper introduces the measures taken by Tongji hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,as well as the experience it gains in fighting against COVID-19 from ten aspects,including Leadership decision-making,campus renovation,process optimization,three-dimensional diagnosis,informationization support,materials support,the transformation of scientific research,employee care,propaganda and guidance,and social responsibility.In the face of major infectious diseases,large public hospitals can establish emergency management mechanisms and countermeasures through comprehensive management,so as to further improve the public health system and protect people's health and life better.
