摘　　要：大型公立医院内设党总支作为医院基层党建单元,是宣传党的政策方针路线,贯彻执行医院党委意见、行政重大决策和重点工作的重要枢纽。无锡市人民医院党总支依托"三会一课"、统一党日活动、主题党日活动、项目化管理等创新党建工作,将日常党建工作与临床业务工作深度融合,注重"四个服务",不断提升总支的宣传力、组织力、凝聚力、战斗力,发挥党员的先锋模范作用和支部的战斗堡垒作用,起到良好的政治引领、业务推进、服务优化作用,以党建助推医疗业务的高质量发展。As a basic unit of Party building in hospitals,the general branch of the Party in large public hospitals is an important hub for publicizing the Party's policies and guidelines,carrying out the opinions of the Party Committee in hospitals,making important administrative decisions and focusing on work.The Party General Branch(branch)relies on innovative Party building work such as the three sessions and one lesson,the unification of Party Day activities,thematic Party Day activities and project-based management,deeply integrates daily Party building work with clinical work,pays attention to four services,continuously improves the propaganda,organizational,cohesive and fighting capacity of the Party General Branch,and gives full play to the vanguard model of Party members.The role and the role of the fighting fortress of the branch play a good role in political guidance,business promotion and service optimization,so as to promote the high-quality development of medical services by Party building.
