摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定二氧化铀-氧化铍芯块中28种杂质元素的方法。样品用硝酸-盐酸-过氧化氢溶解,考察了样品基体对检测的影响,建立了铀基体分离方法。以铑元素为内标补偿基体效应和仪器信号的漂移,方法精密度均优于10%(n=6),回收率为92%~107%。该方法具有检出限低,精密度高,操作简单,多元素同时测定的优点,满足化学检测要求,可应用于二氧化铀-氧化铍芯块中杂质元素的检测。A method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established to determine 28 impurity elements in UO2-BeO pellet.The samples were dissolved by HNO3-HCl-H2O2 mixed acid,the influence of matrix on detection was studied and the method of uranium matrix separation was established,rhodium element was used as internal standard to compensate the matrix effect and the drift of instrument signal.The method precision was better than 10%(n=6),the recoveries were between 92%and 107%.The method has the advantages of low detection limit,high precision,simple operation and simultaneous determination of multiple elements,and it can meet the requirements of chemical detection,which is able to be used to detect impurity elements in UO2-BeO pellet.
