摘 要:建立便携式拉曼光谱仪的校准方法。便携式拉曼光谱仪的校准项目主要包括频移示值误差、频移重复性、分辨力、相对强度示值误差、相对强度重复性和检出限等项目。通过分析实验数据,当频移示值误差在±4 cm^-1之内,频移重复性不大于2 cm^-1时,可分辨出环己烷2923 cm^-1与2938 cm^-1峰,相对强度示值误差在±10%之内,相对强度重复性不大于5%,检出限不高于0.05 mg/L时,仪器的计量性能正常。据此对影响仪器性能的各个参数进行全面评价,确认各项性能指标控制在合理范围内。该校准方法切实可行,可用于便携式拉曼光谱仪的校准。The calibration method of portable Raman spectrometers was established.The calibration method of portable Raman spectrometers consisted of the shift error,shift repeatability,resolution,relative intensity error,relative intensity repeatability,detection limit.According to the analysis of experimental datas,it was confirmed that the metrological performance of the influence instrument analysis results was normal when the shift error was within±4 cm^-1 and the shift repeatability was not more than 2 cm^-1,two peaks of 2923 cm^-1 and 2938 cm^-1 of cyclohexane could be distinguished,the relative intensity error was within±10%,the relative intensity repeatability was not more than 5%,and the detection limit was not more than 0.05 mg/L.On the basis,the parameters affecting the performance of the instrument were comprehensively evaluated,and the performance indicators were confirmed to be within a reasonable range.The calibration method is feasible,and it can be used for the calibration of portable Raman spectrometers.
