摘 要:按照国家标准GB 5009.11-2014《食品安全国家标准食品中总砷及无机砷的测定》,使用液相色谱联用原子荧光光谱仪检测了水产品中无机砷的含量,对该测定方法的不确定度进行评定。建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,通过分析仪器与前处理过程,得到测量结果的不确定度由重复性试验、标准物质、试样质量、标准曲线引入。采用液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法测定海螃蟹中无机砷含量,测定值为0.196 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.071 mg/kg(k=2)。该不确定度评定对标准方法的实际应用以及不同仪器和分析对象有参考意义。According to the national standard GB 5009.11-2014 determination of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in food,the content of inorganic arsenic in aquatic products was determined by liquid chromatography coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometer,and the uncertainty of the determination method was evaluated.The mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established,the uncertainty of measurement results was obtained by introducing repetitive experiments,standard substances,sample quality and standard curves through analysis of instruments and pretreatment process.The content of inorganic arsenic in sea crabs was determined by liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with a value of 0.196 mg/kg.The expanded uncertainty was 0.071 mg/kg(k=2).The uncertainty evaluation has reference significance for the practical application of standard methods and different instruments and analysis objects.
