摘 要:为研究两相分配搅拌式反应器中硅油对正己烷传质的影响,采用静态顶空法获得正己烷的气/水和硅油混合液分配系数H,通过模型拟合计算最大气相可转移至液相的正己烷体积分数βS^*,利用效能-传热单位数法计算总体积传质系数KLa。结果表明,随着硅油比例φ的提高,H显著下降;"等效吸收容量"模型可以很好地描述H与φ之间的关系;βS^*随着硅油的添加急剧增大,并随着φ提高而上升,而进气流速的增加会导致βS^*减小;KLa会随着φ上升而减小,但硅油显著提升了饱和液相正己烷浓度,从而提高正己烷的总传质速率。In order to study the effect of silicone oil on n-hexane mass transfer in a two liquid-phase stirred reactor,the partition coefficient H between air and water/silicone oil mixture was obtained by a static headspace method.The maximum fraction of n-hexane transferred from the gas to liquid phase βS^* was calculated by model fitting,and the effectiveness-number of transfer unit method(ε-NTU method) was used to determine the overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient KLa.The results show that the H values decrease significantly with the increased proportion of silicone oil φ and the "Equivalent absorption capacity" model could describe the relation between Hand φ.With the addition of silicone oil,βS^* increases sharply as φ increases,but it decreases with the increase of inlet air flow QG.Moreover,KLa decreases with the increase of(p,but silicone oil induces the increase of saturated liquid n-hexane concentration C^*,thereby increase the overall mass transfer rate of n-hexane.
