摘 要:为了解决静电式空气净化器运行过程中存在的电磁噪声问题,分别探索了电晕和电弧噪声强度与静电除尘器运行电流、电压及电器元件的关系。研究结果表明:净化器正常工作时的电晕噪声在44.3~48 dB时,电晕噪声的强度与运行电流的大小呈明显正相关;减小充电电容可以降低放电电流,从而削弱电晕噪声,但容易影响除尘特性;相同条件下,电极间距越大,起弧电流和运行电压均增大,电弧噪声也随之增大;电弧一旦发生,噪声在55~88 dB时对人的干扰明显,串联电阻虽然存在降低电弧噪声的可能性,但难以抑制电弧的产生;低电容情况下,运行电压和电弧电流峰值均比470 pF时大,电弧噪声也更加明显,继续增加电容,电源电流和电压输出趋于稳定,电弧噪声亦是。An ESP-type air purifier often produces some electromagnetic noise during its operation.Factors affecting the noise intensity of the corona discharge or the hissing arc discharge including operating current,operating voltage and electrical components were explored.The result shows that the corona noise is between44.3 and 48 dB when it works normally,and the intensity of the corona noise is positively correlated with the magnitude of the operating current.Reducing the charging capacitance can reduce the current and weaken the corona noise.However,it can affect dust removal performance.Arc current and voltage increased with the increase of needle gap under same conditions,and the arc noise also increased.The noise was between 55 and88 dB when arc occurred,which was disturbing.Although the series resistance can reduce the arc noise,it is difficult to suppress the generation of arc.In the case of the low charging capacitance,the peak of the operating voltage and current were both larger than 470 pF,and the arc noise was more obvious.As the value of the charging capacitor increased,the supply current,voltage output and arc noise became stable.
