摘　　要：目的:通过调查国内药物重整服务开展情况,探索适合国情的药学服务补偿手段,实现包括药物重整服务在内的药学服务高质量发展。方法:对全国范围内部分医院发放电子问卷,调查现阶段医院药物重整服务的开展情况、单次开展用药重整服务的时间、人员任职资格、补偿情况等信息。结果:国内药物重整服务的开展率仅为18.2%,东部地区开展相对较好,中西部地区开展相对较差。单次开展药物重整的工作时间为14.2~27.4分钟。药物重整工作的难度系数较高,属于人员资质系数要求较高的药学服务。目前所有医院的药物重整工作均未进行收费。结论:药物重整是使患者用药更加安全、经济、合理的新型药学服务手段,上级部门应充分利用调查数据,制定科学、操作性强的药物重整等药学服务收费标准体系,促进药学服务的良性可持续发展。Objective:By investigating the development of domestic drug reconciliation services,explore the compensation methods for pharmaceutical services that are suitable for the national conditions,and achieve highquality development of pharmaceutical services including drug reconciliation services.Methods:Electronic questionnaires were issued to some hospitals nationwide to investigate the current situation of hospital drug reconciliation services,the time of single drug reconciliation services,personnel qualifications,and compensation information.Results:The implementation rate of domestic drug reconciliation services was only 18.2%,with relatively good development in the eastern region and relatively poor development in the central and western regions.The working time for a single drug reconciliation is 14.2 to 27.4 minutes.The difficulty factor of the drug reforming work is relatively high,and it belongs to the pharmaceutical service with high requirement of personnel qualification factor.There is currently no charge for drug reconciliation in all hospitals.Conclusion:Drug reconciliation is a new type of pharmacy service that makes patient medication safer,more economical,and more reasonable.Higher-level departments should make full use of survey data to formulate scientific and operable drug reconciliation and other pharmaceutical service charge standard systems to promote pharmaceutical healthy and sustainable development.
