浸种温度与时间对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：以纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok)的净种子为材料,研究浸种温度(5、10、15、20、25℃)与时间(12、24、36 h)对种子活力及其萌发的影响,旨在筛选提高纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力及发芽率的适宜条件。结果表明:15个浸种温度与时间组合均能显著提高种子的活力和发芽率;T5H24(5℃下浸种24 h)处理种子的发芽率和活力指数分别达81.33%和0.0153,分别是对照的12倍和26倍;T5H36(5℃下浸种36 h)的处理种子的发芽率和活力指数分别达到76.67%和0.0149,分别是对照的11倍和25倍。在5℃下浸种24~36 h,是提高纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力及发芽率的较好组合。The effects of soaking temperature(5,10,15,20,25℃)and time(12,24,36 h)on seed vigor and its germination of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok were studied in order to screen out suitable conditions for improving the vigor and germination rate.The results showed that all 15 treatments significantly improved the vigor and germination rate of seeds.The germination rate and vigor index of T5H24(soaking 24 h at 5℃)were as high as 81.33%and 0.0153 respectively,and they reached 76.67%and 0.0149,respectively in T5H36(36 h soaking at 5℃),which were 11 times and 25 times higher than CK.It can be concluded that soaking at 5℃for 24~36 h is the best treatment for improving the germination rate.
