摘  要:为研究SBR法培养的好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)处理汽车涂装废水(ACW)的可行性,将污泥在人工合成的废水中培养,再加入涂装废水进行驯化,逐步提高进水中苯酚的浓度,分析好氧颗粒污泥降解苯酚的能力以及不同浓度的苯酚对其降解特性的影响。反应器运行50 d左右,汽车涂装废水中苯酚、COD、TN和TP分别达到90%、85%、82%和62%的去除率。并应用Illumina高通量测序技术,分阶段评估反应器中微生物的多样性。In order to study the feasibility of treating automobile coating wastewater(ACW)with aerobic granular sludge(AGS)cultured by SBR method,the sludge was cultured in the synthetic wastewater,and the coating wastewater is added for domestication,so as to gradually improve the phenol concentration in the influent water.Both phenol degradation ability of aerobic granular sludge and the effect of different concentrations of phenol on its degradation characteristics are analyzed.The removal rates of phenol,COD,TN and TP were 90%,85%,82%and 62%respectively.The diversity of microorganisms in the reactor was evaluated by using illumina high-throughput sequencing technology.
