摘 要:石英砂是一种在废水处理中常用的滤料,但是由于石英砂自身对废水的净化能力有限,因此常常仅作为众多水处理环节中的一环.本文采用纳米二氧化硅对石英砂进行表面改性,研究了表面处理方式、二氧化硅负载方式、官能团类型、官能团负载方式等因素对改性石英砂去除重金属效果的影响.通过一系列实验,确定盐酸清洗表面、二氧化硅直接吸附、胺基修饰的石英砂改性最佳工艺.改性后石英砂表面粗糙,呈现多孔结构.在最佳工艺条件下,石英砂的重金属去除能力由改性前的0.8%提高至100%,改性后石英砂对重金属的去除能力提升超100倍.Quartz sand is a kind of filter material often used in wastewater treatment.However,due to the limited purification capacity of quartz sand,it is only used as a link in water treatment links.In this paper,quartz sand was surface modified by nano silica,and the influence of factors such as the effects of surface treatment,silica loading method,functional group type,the loading method of functional group on the capacity of modified quartz sand for removal of heavy metals form water was studied.Through a series of experiments,it is determined that the optimal modification process of silica sand is surface cleaning by HCl,nanosilica direct adsorption on the surface of quartz sand and modification by amine group.After the modification,the surface of quartz sand is rough and porous.Under the optimal process conditions,the heavy metals removal capacity of quartz sand is increased from 0.8%to 100%,and the capacity of quartz sand after modification for removal heavy metals is increased by more than 100 times.
