摘 要:模块化钢结构建筑是近年来建筑工业化发展的重要趋势,模块化钢结构建筑的安全性取决于模块化单元的力学性能。因此,开展了集装箱模块单元分别在水平和竖向荷载作用下的力学性能研究,并且主要采用ABAQUS有限元软件和理论分析方法进行研究。研究结果发现:在水平荷载作用下,整箱模型的纵向和横向刚度平均值与单片模型的刚度基本一样。基于柔度系数法,提出考虑波纹板剪切和扭转变形、顶梁轴向变形及角柱弯曲变形影响的抗侧刚度计算方法。针对模块单元间节点铰接体系,提出在竖向荷载作用下模块单元杆件内力计算方法。In recent years,modular steel building is an important trend in the development of building industrialization.The safety of modular steel building depends on The mechanical behaviors of modular units.Therefore the mechanical behavior of container module under horizontal and vertical loading were respectively investigated,and finite element software ABAQUS and theoretical analysis methods were mainly used to analyze.It was found that under horizontal loads,the average longitudinal and lateral stiffness of the full-box model was basically the same as that of the monolithic model.Based on the flexibility coefficient method,the calculation method of the lateral stiffness that considered the shear and torsional deformation of corrugated sheets,axial deformation of the top beam,and flexural deformation of the corner columns was proposed.For the joint hinge system in the container module units,a method for calculating the internal force of the module element members under the vertical load was proposed.
