摘  要:成都轨道交通9号线一期工程三元站-太平寺站区间盾构隧道下穿成贵客运专线(高速铁路)机场路隧道工程穿越裂隙发育、富水强/中风化泥岩地层,盾构隧道与客运专线隧道平面夹角仅为21°、垂直净距仅为10.1m,盾构隧道下穿距离169.5m,受影响的客运专线隧道长达148.8m。面对上述恶劣施工条件,工程实施前,通过充分调查评估并采用FLAC3D软件建模进行数值模拟分析,优化工程设计及施工方案,制定严格的工程控制标准;工程实施过程中,对客运专线隧道采取针对性的预加固措施,通过试验段优化盾构掘进参数,采取天窗期穿越、严控掘进参数、严控出土量、强化注浆、远程实时监测等施工控制措施,有效保证工程质量及盾构施工与客运专线安全。The shield tunnel between Sanyuan Station and Taipingsi Station of Chengdu Rail Transit line 9 phase I project passes through the fracture development,rich water and strong/moderately weathered mudstone stratum under the airport road tunnel project of Chengdu-Guiyang High-speed Railway.The project passes through the fissure-developed,water-rich/mid-weathered mudstone formation.The angle between the shield tunnel and the passenger tunnel is only 21°,the vertical clear distance is only 10.1m,and the shield tunnel underpass distance is 169.5m.The influenced passenger dedicated line tunnel is 148.8m long.In the face of the above-mentioned harsh construction conditions,before the implementation of the project,the engineering design and construction plan were optimized,and strict engineering control standards were formulated through the full investigation and evaluation and using FLAC3D software modeling for numerical simulation analysis.The targeted pre-reinforcement measures were taken for special tunnel,the shield tunneling parameters through the test section were optimized,and construction control measures were taken such as skylight crossing,strict control of tunneling parameters,strict control of soil release,enhanced grouting,remote real-time monitoring and so on in the implementation process of this project.The quality of the project was guaranteed,the construction quality of the shield and the safety of the passenger dedicated line were guaranteed.
