摘　　要：为了提高SBS改性沥青的生产效率,节约生产时间,通过研究SBS改性沥青生产技术要点,针对生产关键过程,采用母料法生产工艺优化SBS改性沥青生产过程。结果表明,采用母料法生产SBS改性沥青可以提高沥青生产效率30%以上,同时生产的SBS改性沥青软化点更加稳定,低温性能更加优异。In order to improve the production efficiency and save production time of SBS modified asphalt,the production process of SBS modified asphalt is optimized by using masterbatch method according to the key production process of SBS modified asphalt.The results show that the production efficiency of SBS modified asphalt by masterbatch method can be improved by more than 30%.At the same time,the softened point of SBS modified asphalt is more stable and the low temperature performance is better.
