摘 要:西咸空港综合保税区事务服务办理中心项目曲面肋梁钢结构工程结构形式复杂,加工与安装难度大。为保证工程质量、缩短施工周期,采用BIM技术建立三维模型,对曲肋的加工与安装进行设计。设计横隔板避免曲肋节点焊缝外露,优化钢结构外观。为解决曲肋内纵向加劲肋无法焊接及下腹板需仰焊的问题,采用了钢板接缝处先切割再焊接的方式。最后对曲面肋梁钢结构的现场施工进行了实时监测,保障了施工安全。The complex structure of curved rib beam steel structure engineering of Transaction Service Center project for Xi’an and Xianyang Airport Comprehensive Bonded Area brings great challenges to its processing and installation.In order to ensure the quality of the project and reduce the construction period,BIM Technology is used to establish a three-dimensional model for the processing and installation of curved ribs.Through the design of diaphragms,the exposed welds of curved rib joints are avoided,and the appearance of steel structure is optimized.In order to solve the problem that the longitudinal stiffener in the curved rib can not be welded and the lower web plate needs overhead welding,the steel plate joint is cut first and then welded.At last,the real-time monitoring of curved rib beam steel structure construction is carried out to ensure the safety of construction.
