摘  要:针对乏燃料运输容器在乏燃料接收与贮存设施(101厂房)的坠落冲击问题,选取减振性能较好的5种材料,以试件强度、试件厚度和冲量作为试验变量,通过STLH-1800仪器化落锤冲击试验机研究切割试件的动强度、破坏深度等动力性能指标。研究结果表明:在冲击荷载作用下,冲量和厚度一定,随材料静强度的增大,动强度也增大,冲击时间减少;冲量和强度一定,随试件厚度的增大,动强度减少或不变,冲击时间增长;强度一定,随着冲量增加,若试件厚度为65mm,动强度增加,冲击时间变长,若试件厚度为35mm,动强度变化无规律,冲击接触时间变长;质量与速度针对不同材料的敏感性不同。实际工程中应依据设计选择合适的材料。For the impact of falling fuel transportation containers at the spent fuel receiving and storage facility(Plant 101),five materials with good vibration resistance are selected.With the test piece strength,test piece thickness and impulse as test variables,the STLH-1800 instrumented drop weight impact tester is used to study the dynamic performance indicators,such as the dynamic strength and the depth of failure of the cut test piece.Under the impact load,the research results show that:when the impulse and thickness are constant,as the static strength of the material increases,the dynamic strength also increases,and the impact time decreases;when the impulse and strength are constant,as the thickness of the test piece increases,the dynamic strength decreases or constant,impact time increases;strength is constant,as the impulse increases,if the thickness of the test piece is 65 mm,the dynamic strength increases,and the impact time becomes longer.If the thickness of the test piece is 35 mm,the dynamic strength changes irregularly,and the impact contact time becomes longer;mass and speed have different sensitivities for different materials.The selection of damping materials in practical engineering should be based on the design needs.
