摘  要:为了降低制约气化细渣进一步加工利用的未燃碳的质量分数,在对气化细渣浮选现状与研究进展进行阐述及其残碳、矿物组成、表观形貌等特征进行说明的基础上,采用泡沫浮选方法对榆林气化细渣进行未燃碳脱除试验探索。试验结果表明,捕收剂柴油用量30 kg/t,起泡剂仲辛醇用量10 kg/t,采用“一粗两精”分选工艺,得到最终精矿产率为11.06%,浮选较困难。结合气化细渣性质可以初步判断由于细渣孔隙率高、比表面积大,造成浮选药剂消耗过高、浮选指标差。In order to reduce the mass fraction of unburned carbon which restricts the further processing and utilization of gasified fine slag,on the basis of current situation and research progress on the flotation process for gasified fine slag and its characteristics such as residual carbon,mineral composition and apparent morphology,the froth flotation process was adopted in the unburned carbon removal experiment taking Yulin gasified fine slag.The experimental results showed that the yield of final concentrate was 11.06%,with 30 kg/t diesel oil as collector agent and and l10 kg/t sec-octanol as foaming agent and taking"one rough flotation and two cleanings"concentrate separation process.This flotation process is difficult.Considering the properties of gasified slag,it can be preliminarily judged that the high porosity and large specific surface of gasified slag can lead to high consumption of flotation agent and poor flotation index.
