摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种新发的传染病,具有高传染性、高易感性,而且传播范围广、传染源复杂、传染途径多样。发热门诊作为疫情防控的首要阵地,是职业暴露的危险场所,因此发热门诊的医务人员便成为职业暴露的高危人群。在职业暴露防护中要坚持预防为主的原则,严格执行医院感染防控相关要求,物理隔离和行为隔离并重,并注重该人群的躯体健康监测和心理健康辅导。COVID-19,an emerging infectious disease,is a highly infectious disease and the people show high susceptibility to it,it could spread widely from complex transmission sources via diverse transmission routes.Fever clinic as the primary froneline for epidemic prevention and control,is the dangerous place of occupational exposure,and medical staffs who worked in fever clinic has become the high-risk population for occupational exposure.In the protection,we must adhere to the principle of prevention first,strictly implement the required requirements of hospital infection prevention and control,lay equal stress on physical isolation and behavioral isolcation,and pay attention to their physical health monitoring and psychological health counseling.
