摘　　要：目的:探讨补髓生血颗粒对慢性髓劳病患者骨髓单个核细胞Kv1.3通道蛋白表达的影响。方法:32例慢性髓劳病患者温水冲服补髓生血颗粒,每次1袋,每日3次,连续服用6个月后收集患者及健康人群(n=10)骨髓液4 mL,应用Western blot方法检测慢性髓劳病患者治疗前后及健康人群骨髓单个核细胞Kv1.3通道蛋白。结果:慢性髓劳病患者治疗前Kv1.3通道蛋白表达低于健康人群(P<0.05),治疗后Kv1.3通道蛋白表达较治疗前升高,但仍低于健康人群(P<0.05)。结论:补髓生血颗粒可能通过提高慢性髓劳病患者骨髓单个核细胞Kv1.3通道蛋白表达水平,修复因整合素β1介导的细胞迁移及黏附异常损伤的造血微环境,从而促进骨髓造血干细胞增殖。Objective:To explore the effects of Busui Shengxue granules(BSSXG)on the expressions of Kv1.3 channel protein of bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMC)in chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)patients.Methods:All 32 patients took BSSXG orally,one bag every time,three times each day,4 mL of bone marrow of the patients and healthy people(n=10)were collected after they took the granules for six consecutive months,Western blot method was applied to detect the expressions of Kv1.3 channel protein of BMMC in CAA patients before and after treating and healthy people.Results:Before treating,the expressions of Kv1.3 channel protein in CAA patients were lower than these of healthy people(P<0.05),after treating,the expressions of Kv1.3 channel protein rose notably than before treating,while lower than these of healthy people(P<0.05).Conclusion:BSSXG could promote the proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells which might be through lifting the expressions of Kv1.3 channel protein of BMMC,repairing hematopoietic microenvironment damaged by abnormal adhesion and cell migration mediated by integrinβ1.
