藏药“矮紫堇”中有效成分含量测定及安全用药指导研究

摘　　要：目的:以原阿片碱、小檗碱为指标性成分建立矮紫堇质量评价的液相色谱方法。方法:用乙腈-0.3%磷酸梯度洗脱,检测波长289 nm,进样量10μL测定原阿片碱、小檗碱含量。结果:矮紫堇中原阿片碱及小檗碱含量分别在(1.715±0.041)mg/g、(1.767±0.047)mg/g范围内波动。结论:该方法建立的矮紫堇的质量评价体系方法简便,精准可行,其数据可作为制定矮紫堇药用安全标准的参考依据。Objective:To establish the method of liquid chromatography for quality evaluation of Aizijin(herba corydalis)by taking protoopioid base and berberine as the indicator components.Methods:Acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid were used as gradient elution,detection wavelength 289nm,sampling size 10μL,to detect the contents of protoopioid base and berberine.Results:The contents of protoopioid base and berberine fluctuated in the range of(1.715±0.041)mg/g and(1.767±0.047)mg/g respectively.Conclusion:The method for quality evaluation system of Aizijin is simple,convenient,accurate and feasible,and the data could provide reference basis for establishing safe medication standard of Aizijin.
