药盐包配合艾灸治疗乳腺癌化疗所致胃肠道不良反应疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察药盐包热敷中脘配合艾灸双侧足三里、内关穴治疗乳腺癌化疗所致胃肠道不良反应的临床疗效。方法:将乳腺癌化疗患者120例随机分为3组各40例,A组:西医常规治疗+药盐包配合艾灸,每次化疗前30分钟治疗1次,连续治疗4天;B组:西医常规治疗+药盐包配合艾灸,化疗前及化疗后30分钟分别治疗1次,连续治疗4天;C组:西医常规治疗,连续治疗4天,分别于化疗当天及化疗后第1天、第2天、第3天,4个时间点观察3组患者临床疗效。结果:化疗当天3组临床疗效比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后第1天临床疗效A组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后第3天临床疗效A、B组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上结合自制药盐包热敷配合艾灸可减少患者化疗后第2~3天恶心、呕吐发生率。Objective:To observe clinical effects of hot compress on Zhongwan(CV12,RN12)with herbal salt pack and moxibustion on Zusanli(ST36)and Neiguan(PC6)points bilaterally in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal adverse reaction of mammary cancer.Methods:All 120 mammary cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomized into A group:conventional therapy of Western medicine+herbal salt pack and moxibustion,treating once 30 minutes before chemotherapy,for four days consecatively;B group:conventional therapy of Western medicine+herbal salt pack and moxibustion,treating once 30 minutes before and after chemotherapy respectively,and C group:conventional therapy of Western medicine,40 cases each group.To observe clinical effects of the patients in three groups at the day of chemotherapy,the first day,second and third day after chemotherapy.Results:At the day of chemotherapy,the difference had no statistical meaning in clinical effects between three groups(P>0.05);clinical effects at the first day after the chemotherapy:the difference showed no statistical meaning between A group and C group(P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant between B group and C group(P<0.05);clinical effects at the third day after the chemotherapy:the difference showed statistical meaning between A,B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the foundation of conventional therapy of Western medicine,hot compress with selfmade herbal salt pack and moxibustion could reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting from the second to third day after chemotherapy.
