摘 要:采用响应面法优化火麻油的提取工艺,并研究火麻油结合运动对骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度影响.结果表明:通过溶剂法提取火麻油的最优工艺条件为:当液料比为16:1(mL/g)、提取温度为46℃、提取时间为104 min时,火麻油的得率为83.45%.选取上述组合做3次平行试验,得出火麻油的平均得率为83.39%.与预测值相近,证明该方法的可行性.对火麻油得率影响次序为:液料比>提取时间>提取温度.并且液料比、提取温度和提取时间影响都达到了极显著水平(P<0.01).同时大鼠试验说明,火麻油对骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨密度以及相关指标有较好的作用,并且两者结合优于单独作用.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of hemp oil and to study the effect of combined exercise of hemp oil on bone mineral density of osteoporosis rats.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:when the ratio of liquid to material was 16∶1(mL/g),the extraction temperature was 46℃,and the extraction time was 104 min,the yield of hemp oil was 83.45%.The average yield of hemp oil was 83.39%.It was proved that the method was feasible.The order of influence on the yield of hemp oil was:liquid to material ratio>extraction time>extraction temperature.The effects of liquid-material ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were all significant(P<0.01).At the same time,the experiment showed that hemp oil had a better effect on bone mineral density and related indexes of osteoporosis model rats,and the combination of the two was better than the single effect.
