摘  要:UOP丙烷催化脱氢制丙烯OleflexTM工艺采用特有的连续催化再生技术,因工况苛刻,催化剂闭锁控制阀开关频繁。针对闭锁控制阀开关动作不灵活、动作慢、动作不到位、内漏等故障,提出了从阀门结构、气缸选型、密封面选配等方面进行优化的方案,并对进口的故障阀门进行了改进。该方案实施后效果明显,为今后类似项目的执行提供了参考。OleflexTM process of UOP of catalytic dehydrogenation of propane to propylene adopts unique catalyst continuous regeneration technology. Since the working condition is rigor, catalyst latching valve is switched on and off frequently. Based on the fault of dumb, slow action, action inaccessible to position, internal leakage and so on of latching valve, optimization scheme is put forward regarding valve structure, cylinder type selection and sealing surface matching, etc. The imported faulty valves are improved. Obvious effects are obtained after the scheme is applied. Reference for execution of similar projects in the future is provided.
