摘　　要：针对聚丙烯装置中气体介质具有易燃易爆或有毒有害的特性,以线型气体检测器在聚丙烯装置中的应用为例,介绍了线型红外气体检测器的工作原理、性能特点,对比了点型检测器和线型检测器的应用范围,分析了工程设计中设置线型检测器需要重点考虑的面积和距离等原因因素,并总结了该类型仪表在实际应用中的经验。In view of the flammable,explosive or toxic and harmful characteristics of the gas medium in the polypropylene device,taking the application of the linear gas detector in the polypropylene device as an example,the working principle and performance characteristics of the linear infrared gas detector are introduced.The application range of point detector and line detector is analyzed.Factors of area and distance that should be considered when setting up line detector in engineering design are analyzed.The experience of this type of instrument in practical application is summarized.
