摘 要:管箱筒体端部结构是新型隔膜热交换器的主要受压元件之一,根据目前国内的相关标准及规范,无法对开槽之后的管箱筒体端部结构的强度进行准确计算。提出了一种管箱筒体端部结构强度计算方法,以某新型隔膜热交换器为例,对其管箱筒体端部结构进行强度计算。运用ANSYS软件对不同工况下该结构的应力进行有限元分析,验证了采用提出的计算方法进行强度计算能够满足设计条件下设备的强度要求。The end structure of the channel cyinder is one of the main pressure components of the new type diaphragm heat exchanger. According to the current domestic relevant standards and specifications,the strength of the channel cylinder of new type diaphragm heat exchanyer after grooving cannot be accurately calculated. A method for calculating the structural strength of the end of the channel cylinder was proposed. A new diaphragm heat exchanger was selected as an example to calculate the strength of the channel cylinder end structure. The ANSYS software was used to perform finite element analysis on the stress of the structure under different working conditions. It is verified that the strength calculation by the proposed calculation method can meet the strength requirements of the equipment under design conditions.
