摘  要:研究利用蚯蚓粪为原料在不同压强条件下利用微波加热制备水热炭,以三格化粪池出水中磷为对象,利用水热炭进行吸附实验,同时探究了水热炭的磷脱附实验。研究表明当制备压强控制为2.5 MPa,微波加热时间为4 h,水热炭对磷的吸附效果最好,为1.8 mg/g,吸附量较2.0 MPa条件下制备的水热炭增加了14%,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程和Freundlich等温方程。上述结果说明,蚯蚓粪水热炭对于去除粪污中磷及其回用具有巨大潜力。Earthworm manure was used as raw material to prepare hydrochar under different pressure conditions by microwave heating.Phosphorus in the effluent of three-cell septic tank was used as the object of adsorption experiment,and phosphorus desorption experiment of hydrochar was also explored.The results show that when the preparation pressure is controlled to 2.5 MPa and the microwave heating time is 4 h,the adsorption effect of hydrochar on phosphorus is the best,which is 1.8 mg/g.The adsorption capacity of phosphorus increases by 14%compared with prepared under 2.0 MPa.The adsorption process conforms to quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Freundlich isothermal equation.These results indicate that the hydrochar of earthworm manure has great potential for removing phosphorus from the excrement and its reuse.
