摘  要:以结晶氯化铁和结晶氯化铝为原料,采用焙烧法和碱中和共聚法制备聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC),研究铝铁摩尔比、碱化度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等对生活废水降浊度率和磷去除率的影响,并通过IR、XRD和SEM对其进行表征。结果表明:(1)碱中和共聚法最佳制备条件为:Al^3+/Fe^3+为5/5,碱化度为2.0,反应温度85℃,聚合时间4 h,陈化时间24 h;(2)焙烧法的最佳制备条件为:Al^3+/Fe^3+为5/5,焙烧温度160℃,焙烧时间20 min,熟化时间4 h;(3)按20 mg/L用量,碱中和共聚法的磷去除率为95.0%,焙烧法的磷去除率为96.5%;按200 mg/L用量,碱中和共聚法降浊度率为97.0%,焙烧法降浊度率为93.0%;(4)碱中和共聚法制备的样品晶形良好,而焙烧法制备的样品为无定形结构。PAFC was prepared from crystalline ferric chloride and aluminum chloride by roasting and alkali neutralization copolymerization.The influences of the molar ratio of Al^3+/Fe^3+,alkalinity,roasting temperature and roasting time on the turbidity reduction rate and phosphorus removal rate of the polymer were studied.The polymers were characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.The results show that:(1)The optimum preparation condition of alkali neutralization copolymerization is that Al^3+/Fe^3+is 5/5,the alkalinity is 2.0,reaction temperature is 85℃,the polymerization time is 4 h,and the aging time is 24 h.(2)The best preparation condition of roasting method is that Al^3+/Fe^3+is 5/5,roasting temperature 160℃,roasting time 20 min,curing time 4 h.(3)The removal rate of phosphorus by alkali neutralization copolymerization was 95.0%when 20 mg/L was added into the wastewater.Phosphorus removal by roasting method was 96.5%.Adding 200 mg/L into the wastewater,the drop rate of turbidity on alkali neutralization copolymerization method was 97.0%,and the roasting method was 93.0%.(4)The samples prepared by alkali neutralization copolymerization method have good crystal shape,while those prepared by roasting method have amorphous structure.
