摘  要:基于赛庚啶对联吡啶钌电化学发光的增敏作用,采用石墨烯修饰玻碳电极制备电致化学发光传感器,建立电致化学发光检测赛庚啶的新方法。采用循环伏安法(CV)和电致化学发光法(ECL)研究了盐酸赛庚啶的电化学行为和电化学发光行为,结果表明,该修饰电极对赛庚啶-联吡啶钌体系具有良好的电化学发光响应,在材料修饰量为4.0μL,电解质溶液为pH 8.0的磷酸缓冲溶液,联吡啶钌浓度为4.0×10^-4 mol/L,扫描速度为100 mV/s,高压值为800 V的最优条件下,盐酸赛庚啶浓度在2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-4mol/L范围内与相应发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=946.92x+1082.21(R^2=0.9969),检出限(S/N=3)为6.4×10^-8 mol/L,样品回收率在97.25%~104.33%之间,RSD为2.78%。该方法具有良好的灵敏度和选择性,可以用于小分子药物盐酸赛庚啶的测定。Graphene was dispersed and modified on the surface of glassy carbon electrode to fabricate electrochemiluminescence sensors,and a simple and rapid method for the determination of cyproheptadine hydrochloride was established based on the sensitization effect of cyproheptadine hydrochloride on Ru(bpy)2+3.The electrochemiluminescence behavior of cyproheptadine hydrochloride and Ru(bpy)2+3 system on the modified electrodes was studied by Cyclic Voltammetric(CV)and electrochemiluminescence(ECL)and the modified electrodes showed good electrochemical activities.Under the optimal conditions of the material modification of 4.0μL,phosphoric acid buffer solution of pH 8.0,Ru(bpy)2+3 concentration of 4.0×10^-4 mol/L,scanning speed of 100 mV/s and high pressure value of 800 V,the results exhibited that the concentration of cyproheptadine hydrochloride showed a good linear in the range of 2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-4 mol/L and the linear equation is y=946.92 x+1082.21(R^2=0.9969),and the low detection limit(S/N=3)is 6.4×10^-8 mol/L,the sample recovery rate is 97.25%~104.33%,RSD is 2.78%.It is proved that the method has good reproducibility,sensitivity and selectivity,and can be used for the determination of cyproheptadine hydrochloride.
