摘　　要：分析总结精液不液化的常见病因,从病因病机、临床研究进展(化湿导浊、补肾活血、滋阴清热、外治法)、名中医经验等方面对近年中医药治疗精液不液化的临床研究情况进行综述,最后对目前存在的相关问题进行总结并提出建议,为中医药治疗精液不液化提供临床参考。Analysis and summary of common causes of semen non-liquefaction was conducted.Literatures review were performed in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical study progress(removing dampness and turbidity,invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation,nourishing yin and clearing heat,and external treatment),experience of famous Chinese doctors in the treatment of non-liquefaction of semen.Besides,the existing problems were summarized and suggestions were put forward to provide references for Chinese medicine therapy for non-liquefaction of semen.
