摘  要:【目的】为了揭示长期增温对荒漠草原短花针茅群落组成和土壤养分及酶活性特征的影响.【方法】采用远红外线辐射器模拟开顶式生长室(OTCs)增温的方法,连续6年(2014~2019)对比和研究了荒漠草原短花针茅群落组成和土壤养分及酶活性对增温的响应.【结果】增温样地0~10、10~20、20~30、30~40 cm土壤平均温度均高于对照样地,在表层OTC和CK土壤平均温度相差较大,在30~40 cm,OTC和CK土壤平均温度基本一致;而平均含水量与土壤温度变化趋势相反,说明荒漠草原增温试验能够显著改变土壤温度和含水量,主要集中在表层土壤.增温样地和对照样地群落物种组成基本相同,说明增温作用没有明显的改变试验样地内植物群落组成.增温样地内Margalef丰富度指数、Shnnon-Winener指数、Sinpson指数均高于对照样地,而Pielou指数差异并不显著(P>0.05),说明温度升高使荒漠草原植物群落的均匀度增加,但并没有提高草地植物的物种多样性.增温样地内0~10、10~20、20~30、30~40 cm土壤养分含量和酶活性均高于对照样地,OTC和CK样地土壤养分含量和酶活性随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐降低趋势,在表层OTC和CK相差较大,在30~40 cm,OTC和CK基本一致.【结论】长期增温并未改变荒漠草原短花针茅的群落组成,而提高了群落丰富度指数和多样性指数,同时增加了土壤养分和酶活性,而并未改变其垂直变化规律.【Objective】In order to explore the effects of long-term warming on community composition,soil nutrients and enzyme activities of Stipa breviflora desert steppe.【Method】The response of soil nutrient and enzyme activity to temperature increase was compared and studied by using far-infrared radiator to simulate temperature increase for 6 years(2014 to 2019).【Result】The average temperature of 0~10,10~20,20~30 and 30~40 cm soil layers in OTC group was higher than CK.The average temperature in OTC and CK was basically the same in 30~40 cm soil layer.However,the trend of average moisture content was opposite to that of soil temperature,indicating that the soil temperature and soil moisture of desert steppe could be significantly changed,mainly in surface soil.The species composition of the communities in OTC and CK was basically the same,indicating that the effect of temperature increase did not significantly change the composition of the plant community.The Margalef richness index,Shnnon-Winener index and Sinpson index in OTC group were higher than CK,while Pielou index was not significantly different(P>0.05),indicating that the temperature increase increased the evenness of plant communities,but did not improve the species diversity.The soil nutrient content in 0~10,10~20,20~30 and 30~40 cm layers in OTC group was higher than CK.The soil nutrient content both in OTC and CK groups gradually decreased with the soil depth.The average soil temperatures of OTC and CK showed a large difference,and the soil nutrient contents of OTC and CK were basically the same in 30~40 cm layer.【Conclusion】Correlation analysis showed that the richness index and diversity index are significantly positively correlated with soil nutrients and enzyme activity,while the correlation coefficients under warming treatment are higher than CK.Comprehensive analysis showed that the long-term temperature increase did not change the community composition of Stipa breviflora desert steppe,but increased the community richness index and div
