摘 要:【目的】为解决籽瓜收获机械去草秧装置清草效果差,瓜籽含杂率高的问题,设计了一种适用于自走式籽瓜联合收获机的去草秧装置.【方法】阐述了该装置的工作原理和组成结构,并对关键部件打草辊、割刀机构、清草辊的工作参数进行设计与分析.【结果】通过对打草辊打断草秧的力学分析,确定打草辊转速为385 r/min;通过对割刀切割草秧的力学和运动学分析,确定了动刀片切割速度为0.6 m/s;通过对清草辊清草状态的力学分析,确定了清草辊转速为405 r/min;当打草辊转速为385 r/min,割刀动刀片切割速度为0.6 m/s,清草辊转速为405 r/min时,收获机瓜籽含杂率为12.31%.【结论】该去草秧装置结构简单、性能稳定,对自走式籽瓜联合收获机去草秧装置的发展有借鉴作用.【Objective】To solve the problems of low effects of stalks removing and high impurity rate,a stalks removing device of self-propelled seed-used watermelon harvester has been designed.【Method】The principle and constitute of the device was expatiated,and the working parameters of the key components such as the cutting mechanism,cutter drive mechanism device and grass clearing mechanism were designed and analyzed.【Results】Through the stress analysis of the mechanism breaking the grass seedling,the rotation speed of the mechanism was determined to be 385 r/min.Through the stress and kinematic analysis of cutting blade cutting grass seedlings,the cutting speed of moving blade was determined at 0.6m/s.Through the mechanical analysis of the grass clearing mechanism,the rotation speed of the grass clearing mechanism was determined to be 405 r/min.Field experiment showed that the impurity rate of the harvester was 12.31%when the system was working normally.【Conclusion】The device is simple in structure and stable in performance,which can be used for reference in the development of the self-propelled seed-used watermelon harvester.
