摘　　要：陈旦平教授认为虚、热、瘀是崩漏的主要病机,以肾虚为本,热瘀为标,临证时强调审证求因,辨别阴阳。陈旦平教授灵活运用塞流、澄源、复旧三法治疗崩漏,主张求因为主,止血为辅的原则,注重调肾固冲、调补气血、化瘀清热之法,用药活涩并用,善用炭类,疗效显著。Professor Chen Danping thinks that deficiency,heat and stagnation are the main pathogenesis of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,kidney-deficiency is the root cause,heat and stagnation are the symptoms,he emphasizes the determination of etiological factors based on differentiation and differentiation of Yin and Yang in clinic.He uses the methods of plugging,clearing and restoring flexibly in the treatment,he proposes the principles of determining etiological factors mainly and stopping bleeding as adjuvant,values the methods of kidney-regulating Chong-strengthening,regulating and tonifying Qi and blood,eliminating stagnation and clearing heat,which could obtain notable effects by combining the herbs of blood-activating with astringent,and using charcoal medicine skillfully.
