象皮生肌膏对外伤创面修复及BFGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察象皮生肌膏对于外伤创面修复的临床疗效及创面碱性成纤维生长因子(Basic fibroblast growth factor,BFGF)含量的影响。方法:以40例患者为观察对象,采用象皮生肌膏局部换药,每2天1次。观察创面愈合时间,用药1周、2周、3周时创面愈合率;用药前,用药1周、2周、3周时组织学评分,并检测BFGF含量。结果:创面愈合率用药1周后为(19.37±4.21)%,用药2周后为(35.65±5.62)%,用药3周后为(54.25±9.34)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40例观察对象创面全部愈合。组织学评分用药前为(1.47±0.64)分,用药1周后为(3.57±0.63)分,用药2周后为(5.60±0.56)分,用药3周后为(7.92±0.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前创面分泌物BFGF含量为(8.78±1.44)pg/mL,用药1周为(21.54±2.39)pg/mL,用药2周(31.13±1.68)pg/mL,用药3周(50.89±2.54)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:象皮生肌膏对于外伤创面修复具有很好的临床疗效,可以提高创面BFGF的表达水平。Objective:To observe curative effects of Xiangpi Shengji ointment in the treatment for wound healing and its effects on the contents of BFGF.Methods:Forty patients were chosen as the subjects,Xiangpi Shengji ointment was used to change local dressing,once every two days.To observe wound healing time,wound healing rate one week,two and three weeks after medication,histological scores before medication,one,two and three weeks after medication,and detect the contents of BFGF.Results:Wound healing rate one week after medication was(19.37±4.21)%,(35.65±5.62)%two weeks after medication,(54.25±9.34)%three weeks after medication,the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).All the wounds of 40 patients healed.Histological scores before medication were(1.47±0.64)points,(3.57±0.63)points one week after medication,(5.60±0.56)points two weeks after medication and(7.92±0.76)points three weeks after medication,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).The contents of BFGF in wound secretion were(8.78±1.44)pg/mL before medication,(21.54±2.39)pg/mL one week after medication,(31.13±1.68)pg/mL two weeks after medication and(50.89±2.54)pg/mL three weeks after medication,the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangpi Shengji ointment owns better clinical effects in the treatment of wound healing and it could raise the expressions of BFGF in the wounds.
