摘　　要：随着我国深入建设智慧海洋的需要,需进一步对海上构筑物信息系统在法律上进行回应。基于目前我国海上构筑物信息系统的立法状况,对其进行分门别类的研究,认为应以边缘性立法、核心性立法以及专门性立法三个方面以梳理清楚信息系统立法中所存在的问题,分别结合国内实际法律需要和国际现有法律制度,解决信息系统法律性质不明,行政管理混乱以及安全保障的问题。With the need of further construction of intelligent ocean in china,it is necessary to further respond to the information system of offshore structures in law.Based on the current legislative status of China's offshore structure information system,this paper studies it in different categories.It believes that the marginal legislation,core legislation and special legislation should be used to sort out the problems existing in the information system legislation,and combine them with domestic.The actual legal needs and the existing international legal system solve the problem of unclear legal nature of the information system,administrative confusion and security.
