摘　　要：国家政治制度、国家领导人、人民在国家中的地位、国家能力作为国家政治构成要素,对人民形成国家政治凝聚力。认识其如何发挥凝聚人民的作用,对于掌握国家政治凝聚力的形成变化规律有重要意义。国家政治制度的比较优势能够促进经济社会实现跨越式发展、体现人民的意志,进而形成全国一盘棋、集中力量办大事的国家力量。国家领导人的优秀素质和超凡能力能够对人民形成凝聚力量。National political system,national leaders,people's status in the country,national capacity as the elements of national politics,forming national political cohesion for the people.It was of great significance to know how to play the role of cohesion of the people for mastering the law of formation and change of national political cohesion.The comparative advantage of the national political system can promote the leap forward development of the economy and society,reflect the will of the people,and then form the national strength of the whole country to play chess and concentrate on major issues.The excellent quality and extraordinary ability of national leaders can form a cohesive force for the people.
