摘　　要：深度学习技术给人们带来高效、智能生活的同时,也给公民人身财产带来隐患。在道路交通安全方面,利用视频篡改技术的道路交通安全违法行为已初现端倪,并且已经对公民财产造成损失。就深度机器学习的篡改视频可能带来的道路交通安全违法行为进行技术分析、隐患问题总结和防治必要性分析,并从交管部门、技术部门、公民个人、法律部门4个角度,给出具体的防治措施和技术路线。Although the deep learning technology has brought us more effective and intelligent lives,it could also cause some potential threats in public security and property.A new trend has shown that the video tempering technology is being used in the traffic management field,and it has taken damages to citizens property.This paper focuses on the analysis of traffic violations'technological approaches,hidden dangers,and the necessity of settlement,which is based on the deep learning technology.From the four angles of the traffic control department,the technical department,the citizen individual and the legal department,the specific preventive measures and technical route are given.
