农业转移人口子女随迁决策影响因素研究——基于2016年北部湾城市群农业转移人口动态监察数据的分析

摘　　要：以2016年国家卫计委流动人口监测数据库中的北部湾城市群农业转移人口数据为基础,通过描述性统计及多项有序回归模型对农业转移人口子女随迁特征及影响因素进行综合考察,结果表明:大多数的农业转移人口倾向于携带学龄前子女随迁,“父母+子女”流动趋势明显;农业转移人口更倾向于选择流入核心城市。北部湾城市群推进新型城镇化战略必须化边境资源优势为产业优势,完善就业培训、教育资源、廉租房供给、城乡医疗保障等基本公共服务。This paper studies the agricultural transfer population data of the Beibu Gulf city group urban agglomeration in the 2016 National Health and Family Planning Population Monitoring Database.Through descriptive statistics and multiple ordered regression models,a comprehensive survey of the characteristics and influencing factors of the children of the agricultural transfer population is carried out.Most agricultural transfer populations tend to carry preschool children,and the trend of“parents&children”is obvious;agricultural transfer populations tend to choose to flow into core cities.The Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration to promote the new urbanization strategy must turn the advantages of border resources into industrial advantages,and improve basic public services such as employment training,educational resources,low-rent housing supply,and urban and rural medical security.
