摘　　要：由于薄页印刷纸纸页超薄、定量低,纸张抗张强度、表面强度及挺度等指标均相对较低,在原纸生产过程中极易出现断纸情况,在印刷过程中出现掉毛掉粉情况,在折页过程中出现折页困难等情况,文章研究一种苯表面增强剂作为表涂助剂在薄页印刷纸产品中的应用,主要成分是苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯类共聚物,通过与羟基进行交联反应,与纤维和淀粉很好地结合,同时可以赋予淀粉涂层良好的交联强度和疏水性能,可以大幅度提高抗张强度、表面强度及挺度等指标,对薄页印刷纸的生产有很大帮助,文章通过实验室小试和机台中试两种方式同时对此结论进行论证。Page with thin paper sheet ultra-thin,low quantitative,tensile strength,surface strength,stiffness and other indicators are relatively low,paper break,appear easily in the base paper production process,in the printing process dropping off powder,paper folding difficulties appeared in the process of folding paper folding difficulties,etc.,the paper studies a new type of surface strengthening agent as table coated fertilizer application in the tissue paper products,main component is a styrene/acrylic ester copolymer,through crosslinking reaction with hydroxyl,combined with fiber and starch is very good,also can give the good crosslinking starch coating strength and hydrophobic properties,can greatly improve the tensile strength,surface strength,stiffness and other indicators,is of great help to thin pages of printing paper production,in this paper,through the test in laboratory and the machine pilot two ways at the same time to this conclusion.
